Given :   two numbers a,b where lcm of a,b is 28

To find :  sets of values a,b

Solution:

LCM of ( a, b )  is 28

28 = 1 * 2 * 2 * 7

a  = 1    then   b =  28

a  = 2   then   b =  28

a =  4   Then  b  = 7  , 14 ,  28

a =  7   then   b = 4 , 28

a = 14   then   b =  4 , 28

a = 28  then   b  = 1  , 2  , 4 ,  7 , 14 , 28

( 1 , 28 ) , ( 2, 28 ) , ( 4 , 7) , ( 4 , 14) , ( 4 , 28 ) ,  (7 , 28 ) , ( 14 , 28) , ( 28 , 28)

or

(28 , 1) , (28 , 2) ,(7 , 4) , (14 , 4)   (28 , 4) , ( 28 , 7) , (28 , 14)
