how many slabs of cement are required to tile a platform of length 8 metre and breadth 6 metre, if the length of each slab 4 cm and breadth 3 cm?

Answer:

area of platform =8*6=48

area of slab=4*3=12

no of slabs=area of platform/area of slab

= 48/12
