we have to have other equation we cant solve it. If we have other eqn then this eqn a1=3 b1=-2 c1=-5 by comparing with ax+by+c=0
if a1/a2 not equal to b1/b2 then it has one solution
if a1/a2=b1/b2=c1=c2 then it has infinite solutions
a1/a2=b1/b2 not equal to c1=c2 then it has no solution
