Answer:

Solution:-

Length of the window pane = 25 cm and breadth = 16 cm

Area of one window pane = 25*16 = 400 sq cm

Area of 12 such window panes = 400*12

Area of 12 window panes = 4800 sq cm

Since 1 sq m = 10000 sq cm

So, required glass for 12 window panes = 4800/10000

= 0.48 sq m

Answer:

2100 sq.cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of one pane = l = 25 cm

Breadth of one pane = b = 14 cm

Hence, area of one pane = l x b = 25 * 14 = 350 sq.cm

Since there are 6 panes and area of one pane is 350 sq.cm

area of the window = 350 * 6 = 2100 sq.cm
