100 tiles

The side of square slab is =90 cm

∴ Area of square slab =a^2 =(90 cm)^2 =8100 cm^2

Area of the floor = 900 cm = a^2 =(900 cm)^2=810000 cm^2

Number of slabs that will cover the floor

⇒ Area of square slab÷Area of the ffloo =8100÷810000 =100 tiles
