L = 9.88 m = 988 cm
B = 6.4m = 640 cm
area of floor = 988 × 640
=632320cm^2

area of tile = 14 ×14
=196cm^2
total tiles
= 632320/196
= 3226.12
=3227 tils

ayat3: but the answer is 3200 tiles how???
