4 m= 400 cm, 3.6 m = 360cm

400x360= 14,400 cm2. Now each tile is 40 x40 cm = 1,600 cm 2

Divide 14,400÷1600 = 9 tiles add 5% for waste and you come up with 10 tiles go with 11 for mess ups
