how many stamps of 3cm*2cm can be fixed on a sheet of paper of 12cm by 8cm.

Area of sheet paper =L×B

= 12×8

= 96cm²

Area of stamp =L×B

= 3×2

= 6 cm²

No. of stamps can be = 96 cm²/6 cm²
