heya!!
here is your answer ⤵️⤵️⤵️
There are 3 states of matter
● Solids
● liquids
●Gases.
The space that occupy any space and has mass is called Matter.
● SOLIDS
➡️ Atoms are tightly packed.
➡️They have low density.
➡️They don't have compressibility property
➡️ intermollecular spaces are less.
➡️ They don't have property of diffusion.
● LIQUIDS
➡️ Atoms are loosely packed.
➡️ They have property of compressibility .
➡️ Intermollecular spaces are more.
➡️ They have property of Diffusion.
➡️ examples : Water.
● GASEE
➡️ Atoms are randomly packed.
➡️ They have property of compressibility and diffusion.
➡️ intermollecular spaces are more than liquids.
➡️examples : All gases

Hello user☺☺
There are 5 states of matter in the entire universe.
THEY ARE....
1. Solid state--- The state of matter in which the intermolecular force of attraction is maximum, have definite volume and shape is called solid state.
2. Liquid State-- The one in which the intermolecular force of attraction is slightly less than that of solid, posses definite volume and don't have definite shape is called Liquid State.
3. Gaseous State-- The one in which force of attraction is least, don't have definite volume and shape is called Gaseous State.
4. Plasma -- The state of matter which arises at a very very high temperature is called plasma state. This state can occur at the centre of stars.
5. Bose-Einstein condensate state-- This occurs at a very very low temperature .
