There is no any specific number of stomatal pores in a leaf. It varies from plant to plant.
Leaf of Dicot plant (= Dorsiventral leaf) contains more number of stomatal pores in its lower surface than in upper surface.
Leaf of Monocot plant (= Isobilateral leaf) contains equal number of stomatal pores at both the sides of leaf.
