All the subjects are mainly divided into 3 list :-

The subjects which do not included on state list , union list or concurrent list are known as residuary subject.

The power to make laws is over residual subject is with parliament of India.

The number of subject can be flexible depending on the generation of the new situation.

For eg: If problem arises due to cryptrocurrency , or immediate cyber attack etc.

This residuary power is mentioned in the article 248 of the Indian constitution.
