S1: 2,4,6,8,10 ,12… 100 terms
S2:3,6,9,12,… till 80 terms
Analysing both the series it is evident that in S1 every 3rd term is also present in S2 .
i.e. 3rd term in S1 =6 (which is also present in S2) 6th term =12(which is also present in S2)
Therefore every third term in the S1 will be a common term in S1 and S2. There are 100 terms in S1.=> 100/3= 33.33=> 33
