a = 6
d = 4
an = 174
n = ?

an = {a+(n-1) xd}
=> {6+(n-1) x 4} = 174
=> (n-1) x4 = 174-6
=> n-1 = 168 /4
=> n = 42+1
=> n = 43

Therefore, there are 43 terms in the AP.

Hi,here ur answer

common different is 10-6=4

first term =6

last term =174

let "n" term be last term

we know that

a+(n-1)d=174

REPLACE the VALUE

6+(n-1)4=174

(n-1)4=174-6

(n-1)4=168

n-1=168/4

n-1=42

N=43

So,this is ur sweet answer.
