how many terms of geometric series 1 + 4 + 16 + 64 + will make the sum 5461 ?

Sum (Sn) = a*(rn -1)/(r-1)

5461 = 1 *(4n -1)/3

4n = 16383 +1

4n = 16384

4n = 4 7

So, n = 7

No of terms = 7
