It depends upon the exams u r preparing for .

If u r preparing for class 10 or 12th boards ..then u should strictly solve 1-2 sample paper or previous year papers in a day .

If u r preparing for any competitive exam like NEET , JEE or UPSC ..then you should consistently give 3-4 test in a day ..it will increase your speed and as well as accuracy .
