The digits which can be used: 2, 3, 4, 6

Sum of digits = 2 + 3 + 4 + 6

                       = 15

Now, 15 is divisible by 3 so all the digits can be used to form a 3 digit number which will be divisible by 3

So, Choice for the first digit = 4

Since, No repetition is allowed so choice for the second digit = 3

Also, Choice for the third digit = 2

Now, Number of required three digit numbers = 4 × 3 × 2

                                                                                = 24

Therefore, The correct answer is B. 24
