Answer:

tiles

l=14cm

b=9cm

area of tile=l×b

=14×9cm2

=126cm2

now,

area of rectangular region=l×b

=168×72

=10296

now ,

no.of tiles=area of rectangular tiles÷area of one tile

=10296÷126

=96 tiles...☺️☺️

Answer:

96 tiles

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of region = ×

                        = 12096

Area of a tile = ×

                     = 126

No. of tiles = Area of the region/Area of a tile

                  = 12096/126

                  = 96

∴96tiles will be required to fit the given region.
