Distance to be covered = 286 m = 28600 cm

Distance to be covered/Circumference of the wheel

$\frac{28600}{2 \times \pi \times r } \\ \\ = \frac{28600}{2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 35} \\ \\ = \frac{28600}{2 \times 22 \times 5} \\ \\ = 130$
