Sulphur has a molar mass of 32.065
Carbon has a molar mass of 12.01
32.065/12.01 = 2.67
so sulphur atom is 2.67 times heavier than an atom of carbon.
Hope it helps.

I am not sure.. but I hope it will help you
A Mole sulphur atom has 16 protons and 16 neutrons so its mass number is 32 on the other hand 1 mole carbon atom has 6 protons and 6 neutrons generally so its mass number is 12.....
Then."32/12"=
="8/3times"="2.67times"
I think my answer is capable to clear your confusion..
