I don’t think it’s harmful to masturbate daily as long as you’re doing it safely (e.g. not inserting really dangerous objects into yourself) and it’s not taking away too much time from other things, like commitments, friends, non-sexual activities you enjoy, etc.
Think of it this way—lots of married guys have sex with their wives everyday. Does that mean they’re harming themselves? No. Most of them go to work, spend time with the family, engage in hobbies, live normal, productive lives. So what’s the difference if you pop the weasel yourself everyday—in probably less an amount of time than it takes to have sex.
