Number of times 4 occured in 1 - 10  = 1 ...............(1)

From 11 - 20 = {14}

Number of times 4 occured in 11 - 20  = 1 ...............(2)

From 21 - 30 = {24}

Number of times 4 occured in 21 - 30  = 1 ...............(3)

From 31 - 40 = {34, 40}

Number of times 4 occured in 31 - 40  = 2 ...............(4)
