How many times is the charge on alpha particles and that of the charge on proton?

Similarly when Helium atoms lose all the electrons it becomes an alpha particle. So analpha particle is denoted as He.This means that alpha particle is having a charge of +2e (double that of a proton) but it has four timesthat mass of proton as it has two neutrons also (they are neutral).
