TO FIND:

SOLUTION:

First two digit number Divisible by 3 is 12.

Second two digit number Divisible by 3 is 15.

Last two digit number Divisible by 3 is 99.

So the Required A.P :

= 12, 15 ,18 .......... 99

Here:

First term (a) = 12

Last term = 99

Common difference = 3

Formula:

=> nth term = a+(n-1)d

Putting the values in the formula:

=> 99 = 12+(n-1)3

=> 99-12 = 3(n-1)

=> 87 = 3(n-1)

=> 87/3 = n-1

=> 29 = n-1

=> 29+1 = n

=> n = 30
