• Covalent radius

covalent bond is when there is mutual sharing of electrons within the atoms.

Inter nuclear distance / 2 = Covalent radius.

• Metallic radius

It is the half of the inter nuclear distance between atoms of an element bonded through metallic bond.

Metallic bond is just as gravitational force between atoms of a metal.

Inter nuclear distance / 2 = Metallic radius

• Vender wall's radius

It is the half of the inter nuclear distance between two adjacent atoms of an element bonded through weak vender wall forces.
