There are two frame of reference.
1) Inertial frame- It is a frame of ref which describes time and space homogeneously isotropically and in time independent manner. It obeys newtons 1st law of motion.These platformsare either at rest or moving with const acc.
2) Non inertial frame- It is frame of ref which is at acc wrt to inertial frame. newtons laws are viloated.So in order to make newtons law valid some pseudo forces are adjusted. The platforms are acc observative.
