Inscription is an extremely credible and great source of Ancient Indian History. They are genuinely authentic since they are engraved on stones, rocks, iron-pillars, copper, bronze and Terracotta seals which are barely liable to rot or defect. Inscriptions have played a prevailing role in reconstruction of the Ancient Indian history of the rulers. The quantity of inscriptions found in South India up until this point is a lot more noteworthy than that of the North.
