Answer:

power sharing is simple it means to share the power that the individual has got. There are 4 types of power sharing:-

1. power sharing between diff organs og govt

2. power sharing between diff levels of govt

3. between social groups and interest groups

4. between diff political groups

see here by sharing of power i meant to say u that every individual i mean ministers of the ruling party or a particualr group have got some power they should share it with the people opposition paeties or with sll other people in this way they will be minimizing the conflicts. a very nice eg will be communal groups especially those bajrang dals u may know they shout in the road and say to save hindus and kill muslims they demand for a country dominated by hindus in this case what happens is that muslims feel alianated and also embarrassed n so u will find religious riots thats why here muslim people got less power as compared to bajrang dal as the ruling party promotes this kind of stuffs n another is the removal of article 370 from jammu and kashmir people are facing many problems kashmir is bathing with blood bt still nothing to do cuz majority are supporting tthat's wht i wanted to say u that majority should not supress the minorities n do refer class 10 pol science book 1st chapter u will find eg of belgium n sri lanka.
