Cas2 :

All 3 Resistances in Parallel

Reff = R/3

Case 3

2 resistance in series and then in Parallel with 1 Resistance

1/Reff = (1/R + 1/(R+R))

1/Reff = 1/R + 1/2R

1/Reff = 3/2R

Reff = 2R/3

Case 4

2 Parallel Resistance in series with 1 Resistance

Reff =  1/(1/R + 1/R) + R

Reff =  R/2  + R

Reff = 3R/2
