The first place  has 5 options (2,3,5,7,9) === > 5

Second place has 4 options because one digit is already fixed in 1st place ===> 4

Third place has 3 options ( 2 digits are fixed in 1st and 2 nd place) ==> 3

So total number of ways = 5*4*3 === 60
