the length of the side of the cubical block = 25 cm
volume of the one cubical block = 25*25*25 cubic cm
let the required number of blocks be n.
therefore the volume of the n cubical blocks = volume of wood

n*253=300*75*50
n=12*3*2=72

thus required number of blocks are 72.
hope this helps you

Answer:

Step-by-step explanationion:

volume of a log of wood=L×B×H

300cm×75cm×50cm

1125000cm³

volume of one cubical block=(25)³

(25×25×25)cm³

15625cm³

Now,

the number of cubical blocks of 25 CM that can be cut from a log of wood=volume of a log of wood/ volume of a cubical block

=1125000/15625

=72
