Side of the cubical = ( a ) = 20 cm
Let the number of blocks cut from
Wooden log = n
Dimensions of the log are ,
l = 3cm , b = 75 cm , h = 50 cm
n = ( volume of log ) / volume of cube
n = ( lbh ) / a³
= ( 3 × 75 × 50 ) / ( 20 × 20 × 20 )
= ( 3 × 3 × 5 × 5 × 50 ) / 8 × 100
= 225/16
