A light year is not a measure of time. It a measure of distance… the distance that light, traveling through a vacuum, travels in one year at a constant rate of ~186,282 miles per second.

A light year is a unit of measuring distance not days one light  year means the distance covered by light in a year .thus it can not be converted into year . It's like us r asking how to convert centimetre in litre .
