Hi ,

Let p ( x ) = 2x² + 4x

The degree of p( x ) is 2.

Therefore it has 2 zeroes.

To find zeros we take p( x ) = 0

2x² + 4x = 0

2x( x + 2 ) = 0

2x = 0 or x + 2 = 0

x = 0 or x = - 2

Therefore ,

0 or - 2 are two zeroes of p( x )
