Mendel showed traits may be dominant or recessive through his monohybrid cross . He crossed two breeding trees (TT), and dwarf (TT)pea plants. They appeared tall because of traits was dominant over the dwarf traits .. This showed that traits may be dominant or recessive ..

Hey Mate Heres ur ans ;

Meadal tool tall pea plants n short pea plants for his experiment. He prevented them from self pollination. He passed them and the result was all were tall pea plants in ratio 3:1 he called them as f1 generation. And he called the tall plant as dominant and the short plant as rssesive.
