SOLUTION

On the basis of origin, meristematic tissues are three types promeristem,  primary meristem, and secondary meristem. Promeristems are groups of meristematic cells found in germinating embryos or young seedlings. They give rise to primary meristems which initiate the organ formation process. Primary meristems originate from promeristems and have the capacity to divide throughout the life of the plant. Secondary meristems are formed from permanent tissues through the process of de-differentiation.
