 Minerals are classified according to: Hardness, Specific Gravity (how it compares with the density of water), Color, Luster, Streak, Cleavage and Crystal Form.

□ These minerals are not ductile.

□ These minerals have do not have a shine their own.
Example:-.mica, salt , sulphur etc.

➡️Energy minerals:--.

□ These type of minerals is used to produce or generate electricity.

□ These minerals used as a fule for transportation etc.
Example:- coal, petroleum, etc.
