1) Large amount of water is used in the production of goods. Suppose, an MNC manufactures beverages like Coca Cola or Pespi. Think how many thousands of gallons of water is used in making them!
2) They need water to cool down the machines.
3) They also need large amount of water to clean up their machines and factory.
