How modern methods have over used the natural resources and what is its impact on environment?

many many modern methods have over used natural resources like coal refinery which burns a coal for refining the coal they all are over used and reef refinery means extraction of petroluem in the middle of ocean it is too dangerous and over used, as per my by these all are over using of natural resources one day will come in all our life the they all become like dinosaurs means extinction of natural resources.
so plz use natural resources at a limit.
