MOSELEY'S PERIOD LAW:

Properties of elements have periodic function of their "atomic number".

MODERN PERIODIC LAW:

Both physical and chemical properties of elements have periodic function of their" atomic numbers "too.

IT CLEARS THAT ONLY PROPERTIES ARE ADDED TO MODERN PERIODIC TABLE.

OTHERWISE,

ATOMIC NUMBER IS COMMON IN BOTH.

SIMPLE WAY EXPLANATION:

Modern Periodic Table is based on theModern Periodic Law which states that “The physical and chemical properties of the elements are theperiodic function of their atomic numbers”. The elements are arranged in order of increasing atomic numbers in horizontal rows called periods and vertical columns called groups.
