Hey there!
Q. How MS Access reduces Data Redundancy?
Answer : If the database is stored centrally, it removes the duplicacy of data. Non Database system maintains a separate copy for each application. For example, in a school there are separate files for bus information and fee details. Supposed the permanent address of a student is changed and he informed to the bus authority and changed the address in the bus database and there is no change made in the fees database. So now we have two different types of records in two different databases.
