How..much a bio ..student should study in a day..preparing for NEET??

I guess, the quantity is not what you should care of, the quality is what you should be worried of. Let's say you study 10 hours a day, but still you don't even get half of what you studied. But instead maybe you studied for only 3-4 hours, but you studied well enough to get every concept crystal clear. Then the 3 hour study wil honestly be more valuable than the 10 hour study.
So focus on quality, rather than quantity.
And still, if you wanna know a minimum time one should invest to properly study biology, I think 2-3 hours for biology alone are more than enough, given that you study properly.

After boards approx 18 hours a day with equal weightage to Evey subject
And in those 18 hours one should take a gap constant studying can be harmful

this is depent on the student we cannot say but a good boi student study
for NEET more that 5 to 7 hours.
