Work is force applied in a given distance. It measured in Newton-metre (NM) .

Force , F=3N

Distance , d= 2.5cm

Then ,

Work=force x distance

But ,

1m=100cm

2.5cm=2.5/100=0.025m

Therefore, this shows that;

W=3 x 0.025

=0.075NM.
