→ First number = 24,075

→ Second number = Thirty thousand = 30,000

since,

→ 3 > 2 .

as we can see that, ten thousand place digit of 30,000 is greater than 24,075 .

then,

→ 30,000 > 24,075 .

now,

→ Second number is bigger than first number by = 30000 - 24075 = 5925 .

therefore, we can conclude that, First number is smaller than Second number by 5925 .
