how much can be joule heating produced in an ideal insulator

Answer:

It's electrons start vibrating to get free and move to produce heating effect but do not able to produce joules heating...... As it is not for insulator

we know that a ideal insulaor is a bad conductor of heat and electricity. So,no heat is produced through it because, it do not conduct electricity.
