Given :

Voltage (V) = 220

Resistance (R) = 75

To Find :

current( I)

Solution :

as we know

according to Ohms law

voltage = current × resistance

∴  V = I ×R

∴ for I current

I = \frac{V}{R}

I =\frac{220}{75}

∴ I = 2.93 A

The current flowing through a wire between two places is proportional to the voltage across the conductor, according to Ohm's law. The conventional mathematical equation that expresses this connection is obtained by introducing the proportionality constant, resistance[1].

V = voltage

I = current

R = resistance

FORMULA

I = \frac{V}{R}
