commonly used geothermal energy comes from a depth of 1500 to 2000 m where temperature are around 6 to 8 degree Celsius Reaserches at NTNU university of Bergen,the geological survey of Norway believe it is possible to drill down to 10000 m where temperature can reach at least P 74 degrees celsius and the water has a pressure of at least 220 bars
