how much distance the body will move if the work done is 16j and force supplied is 8n

The distance moved by the body depends on the direction of movement of the body and the force.

If the force of 8 Newtons is the only force acting on the body, and it acts through the line of center of mass of the body,  then the body will move in the direction of the Force.
 
      Work done = Force * Displacement ,     as Ф = 0° between them.
            16 Joules = 8 Newtons * Displacement
             Displacement = 16 / 8 = 2 meters
