Each nucleus will release about 200 Mev of energy. The atomic weight is of course about 235, meaning this many grams will contain one gram mole of atoms. 

So, E = 200 * (1000/235) * 6.02*10^23 = 5.12*10^26 Mev 
= 8.21*10^13 Joules
