How much equivalent resistance between points A and B in the given figure ?

Answer:

1) Two resistors of 1ohm are parallel :

Resultant resistance: 1×1/1+1 = 1/2.

2) Then they are connected in series:

Equivalent resistance: 1/2 + 1/2 = 1.
