fat consume daily is depended on the body ..which have different in all .
Carbohydrates need to be kept at 100 grams or less per day to lose weight and reduce body fat. Fat - Eat less than20 grams per day to lose weight and body fat!

if you want to lose body weight so you must not consume fats ... but If you really want to consume it.. so consume less than 15-20 grams
per day . consume carbohydrates in place of fats to get more energy
